Jenn believes that counselling is most effective with a strong client/counsellor relationship. She counsels from an empathic and collaborative approach. With over 10 years of experience as a psychologist, her desire is to create a place of emotional safety for her clients. Clients often tell her that they feel comfortable and understood in session. 

She has trained under some of the foremost leaders in counselling in North America. To provide clients with the most current tools in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy she has trained under Dr. David Burns. John Wang is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who has completed his graduate study specializing in School and Child Psychology at the University of Calgary. Previously, he has provided psychoeducational assessment services as well as counseling therapy for children and adolescents in both public and private school settings.
